What happens when you call
Calling is the fastest route, and it is a short conversation. We ask three things: where the property is, what the problem looks like, and whether a storm was involved. That is enough to match you with a contractor who covers your jurisdiction.

After a widespread storm, every roofer in the affected region is fielding calls at once and timelines stretch everywhere.
From there the contractor contacts you directly to arrange the inspection. For storm damage, most contractors in our network provide that inspection at no charge and give you a written assessment with photographs.
If this is an emergency
If water is actively entering the building, if a tree has struck the roof, or if material is hanging loose where it could fall, call rather than using the form. Those situations need emergency roof repair, and a form submission will not get a response as quickly as a phone call.
While you wait: move people, pets and valuables out of the affected area, and shut off electricity to that part of the building if water is anywhere near wiring or fixtures. Put containers under active drips. Photograph everything before you move or clean anything. And do not go onto the roof — in bad weather, on a damaged surface, that is how people get seriously hurt.

What information should I have ready when I call?
The property address, a description of what you are seeing, and the date of the storm if one was involved. Photographs are useful but not necessary for the initial call. If you have already contacted your insurer, knowing your claim number helps the contractor coordinate.
Do you charge for the referral or the inspection?
The referral is free. Storm damage inspections are generally provided free by the contractors we refer you to. Specialist inspections — pre-purchase reports, infrared moisture surveys — usually carry a fee, and the contractor will tell you before booking.
Can I visit your Englewood office?
