When you submit our contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, property location and project description you provide. When you call us we collect the same information verbally, and your phone number is visible to us through ordinary caller identification.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how this website is used. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. It does not track visitors across websites or build individual visitor profiles. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide for one primary purpose: to connect you with an independent roofing contractor who covers your area. To do that we share your name, contact details, property location and description of the problem with the contractor or contractors we refer you to.

We may also use your contact details to follow up on a referral, to ask about your experience with a contractor, or to respond to a question you have asked us.

Who we share information with

We share your enquiry details with the independent roofing contractors we refer you to. Those contractors are separate businesses with their own privacy practices, and once your information is passed to them their handling of it is governed by their own policies. We encourage you to ask a contractor about their privacy practices if that matters to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

Data retention and your choices

We retain enquiry records for as long as necessary to operate the referral service and meet any legal or accounting obligations.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (720) 791-0495 or writing to the address above. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
