About this service

Colorado Roofing Pros operates a roofing referral service. We connect property owners in Colorado with independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we do not employ roofing crews.

The referral relationship

Any contract for roofing work is between you and the contractor you engage. We are not a party to that contract. The contractors we refer you to are independent businesses responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, warranties and compliance with applicable law.

We do not guarantee the work of any contractor, and we do not guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved. We encourage you to verify a contractor's licensing and insurance directly before engaging them, and to obtain a written contract specifying the scope of services and materials as Colorado law requires for residential roofing work.
